square meters - Nanchang High-tech Zone 101 Smart Building will be completed and put into operation in September this year.
In the future, this will not only be the "command center" for the construction of smart cities in the entire high-tech zone, but
also be a gathering place for the upstream and downstream chains of the province's smart industry, allowing true intelligence
to be implemented in production and life.
"The 101 Smart Building should be built into a national first-class smart city and application center for displaying security
industries." Yang Yongfu, director of the Urban Management and Environmental Protection Bureau of Nanchang High-tech
Zone, said that the smart building under construction can be regarded as the essence of each province and can be regarded
as the first-class national level.
Yang Yongfu introduced that the Hi-tech Zone regards Building 101, Greenland Rose City as the physical platform of the
"Nanchang Hi-tech Zone 101 Smart Building", and is positioned to build a "four-in-one functional building", namely: Smart
Industry Incubation Center, Smart Security Display Center, Smart High-tech Command Center, and Smart Data Sharing Center.
The total area of the entire building is about 10,000 square meters, and it is built in three floors and two functional areas.
"The first floor is the smart security display application functional area, the smart high-tech command center, and the second
and third floors are the smart industry incubation functional area." Yang Yongfu introduced that the layout of the first floor
includes the command center, industrial display, etc., and will strive to build a first-class domestic smart operation and display
application center with the best-in-class domestic standards.
