Project Overview: With the concept of "industry-city integration", it mainly covers six functional sectors, including big data center, scientific research
exhibition area, business office area, Internet of Things base, artificial intelligence center, and electronic information industry. The industrial park
adheres to the concept of "industrial dataization and data industrialization". In addition to helping the government more comprehensively control
information data resources and provide comprehensive and high-quality information and big data services to Liuzhou citizens and government affairs,
it will also make full use of various advantages such as special channels for international Internet and electricity prices to focus on serving industrial
development, helping traditional enterprises to transform and upgrade, and attracting more high-quality enterprises to settle down. The first phase
of the Big Data Industrial Park has been built with a total construction area of 283,000 square meters. It includes four functional blocks: data center, R&D office, smart city display and experience center, and smart city dispatching and command center. The data center block will be completed and trial operation will begin in March 2021.
Total investment and planned amount of funds for the project: the total investment is RMB 2.5 billion, and the planned amount of RMB 2.5 billion is to
be introduced.
Project economic benefit analysis: annual sales are expected to reach 5 billion yuan.
The project has met the conditions and progress: a batch of project land has been reserved and about 283,000 square meters of industrial housing has
been built.
Industrial background and advantages: Relying on the construction of big data industrial parks and incubation bases, we will build a unified big data
center in the city with high standards, realize the unified storage and management of data resources in the city's government affairs system, provide
data support for the sharing, opening and application of big data in the city, and create a big data storage center and data collection center based in
Liuzhou and radiating to the Pearl River-Xijiang Economic Belt.
Industry overview: According to the positioning of the industrial park, the industrial park should be built into a national digital innovation application
demonstration park and a national industrial big data innovation and development highland. At the same time, vigorously develop the new generation
of information technology industry and introduce a number of electronic information production enterprises.
Investment elements: The construction of necessary infrastructure such as land, roads, water supply, power supply, communications, and sewage
treatment plants has been completed, and service platforms such as standard factory buildings, R&D centers, intelligent manufacturing incubation
centers, intelligent manufacturing promotion centers, commercial centers, warehousing centers and talent apartments are equipped.
