    4. Construction progress of fine cleaning service:


     


    1. Preparation work before construction:

    2.1.4.1. Construction progress schedule


    This project is an annual bidding. Our project construction is carried out strictly in accordance with the following promised time:

    . Cleaner that needs to be prepared; waxed water 6 gallons, 3M anti-static floor wax 6 gallons;


     

    Work methods and procedures:


     


    1) Wax removal method:


    Use a mop to evenly apply the waxed water on the surface of the wax layer. After 5 minutes of action, you will see more and 

    more milky white foam. Use a floor scrubber equipped with a wax removal pad to clean the floor.


    Clean the floor with a floor scrubber until the wax layer is not visible. If the wax layer is thick, it may not be cleaned at one

     time. You need to remove it with wax water for a second time. Use a water absorber to suck the water dry.


    Use a mop and clean water to wipe the floor several times. Be sure to wipe it clean to ensure that there is no residual 

    waxed water on the floor to avoid affecting the re-waxing effect.


     


    2) Procedure for waxing anti-static floor wax:


     


    After the ground is completely dry, pour an appropriate amount of anti-static wax into the wax bucket, drag the wax to 

    moisten with wax water and twist it dry. According to the principle of from the side to the inside and from the inside to

     the outside, let the wax drag run according to the ∞ shape. Be careful not to dip too much or too little wax each time. 

    Apply evenly and do not miss it. After the wax layer is completely dry, apply the second wax as the same method. Dry 

    standards: non-stick to your hands and non-stick to your feet. Polish it after it is completely dry: choose a multi-function

     single wiper to polish it with a red polishing pad, and run it slowly during polishing.


    Daily cleaning and maintenance:


    . Tools required: 2 dust pushes, 2 mop


    Cleaner to prepare: electrostatic floor dust collector


    Then use dust to push the dust on the floor. If the local dirt is serious, you can wipe it with a moist mop that cannot be

     wrung out of water.


    Please note for maintenance: Anti-static floor wax floor cannot be cleaned with water. If water accumulates on the anti-static

     floor wax floor, use a dry mop immediately!


    Work cycle suggestions: It is usually done once every three months, the main credentials:


    Can work be stopped and waxing can be stopped?


    Is it necessary to rewax the wax surface?


    Whether the anti-static wax conductivity has decreased and it is necessary to waxing;


    Whether the wax layer is damaged by friction.
