1. Computer room cleaning classification:
Computer room cleaning is divided into the following three levels of cleaning:
(1) Machine room cleaning: The main construction of the computer room is completed. Before loading all equipment, the
computer room cleaning
must be done. It is mainly aimed at the peripheral environment of the computer room, such as: floor, wall, glass, doors and
windows.
(2) Cleaning in the computer room: After all the equipment in the computer room is installed, it is necessary to do a cleaning
before the computer
room is officially operated. It is mainly aimed at the main body of the computer room, such as: bridge tray, electrostatic floor,
network cabinet,
distribution cabinet, server cabinet, bridge tray, etc., to remove static electricity, dust and pollutant cleaning.
(3) In-depth cleaning of the computer room: After operating in the computer room for a period of time, the equipment is
cleaned for the peripheral
environment of the computer room. It mainly involves all equipment: UPS power supply and electromagnetic, servers (non-newly
purchased servers),
switches, storage devices, gateway devices, etc.

①Cleanliness:
The amount of suspended particles contained in the air includes two aspects: dust and harmful gases.
The dust particles in the communication room cannot be conductive, ferromagnetic and corrosive particles, and their
concentration can be divided into three levels:
Level 1: Dust particles with a diameter greater than 0.5µm 350 particles/liter: Ash with a diameter greater than 5µm
Dust particle concentration ζ3.0 particles/liter.
Level 2: Dust particle concentration of ζ3500 particles/liter: Ash with a diameter greater than 5µm
Dust particle concentration ζ30 particles/liter.
Level 3: Dust particle concentration of ζ18,000 particles/liter: Ash with a diameter greater than 5 µm
The dust particle concentration is 300 particles per liter.
②Static value:
"YD/1821-2008"
Program-controlled computer rooms, control rooms, digital transmission computer rooms, IDC and other important computer
rooms. The absolute
value of the geostatic voltage to the floor, workbench, communication equipment, operators, etc. in the computer room should
be no small: 200V.
Anti-static requirements for ground:
When laying anti-static floors in the communication room, the anti-static floors should comply with the technical requirements
specified in
SJ/10796-2001. The surface resistance and system resistance values are: lX105Ω~1X109Ω
③Radio interference environment field strength
The field strength of the radio interference in the computer room shall not exceed 126db when the frequency range is 0.15 ~
1000MHz.
④Magnetic field interference field strength
The magnetic field interference field strength in the computer room shall not exceed 800A/m (equivalent to 10EO)
The grounding resistance value of the joint grounding device of various communication stations should comply with the
requirements of Article 8.3 of
Sichuan 051. For the specific content, see Table 5.
⑤Cleanness detection:
a) Test equipment z Clean environment detector/dust particle counter.
b) The distribution of the test point can be as shown in Figure 1, and the main {5 measurement points are arranged at 50m2.
For every 20-50m2 increase, 3-5 test points will be added.
c) Purify the counter according to the instructions of the selected instrument, and place the purified instrument at the position
that needs to be detected to start the counter. Usually, the inspection location is near the air vent of the computer room air
conditioner (it can detect whether the dust removal indicators of the computer room air conditioner meet the requirements),
near the computer room doors and windows (it can detect whether the dust protection measures of the doors and windows
are tight), and near the equipment that the computer room personnel are concerned about (it can detect the environmental
indicators of the main equipment).
⑥Antistatic detection:
a) Test equipment: surface resistance tester/ground resistance tester/electrostatic tester, etc.
b) The testing method is carried out in accordance with the provisions of YD Hall 7541995.
The test data should comply with the requirements of Articles 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, and 6.5 of this standard.
⑦ Lightness detection:
a) Test equipment z-illuminance meter/other.
b) Test or actual work on the assumed working surface of the computer room with a distance of the wall (a small area room

3. Cleaning indicators for computer room cleaning:
Computer room cleaning, unlike other forms of cleaning, has different requirements. Computer room cleaning has the following characteristics:

(3) After the computer room cleaning is completed, the acceptance standards are different from traditional cleaning.
Professional instruments are required to test the computer room index to ensure the requirements of various standards
in the computer room environment. Both dual-standard testing are adopted: visual inspection method and instrument
testing method.
(4) The cleaning process and process of the computer room are different, and they are all waterless (no water is allowed to be
brought in in the computer room).
(5) The implementers of computer room cleaning must have an electrician certificate or IT experience, be familiar with the
principles of live operation, and understand the maintenance of IT equipment such as servers in the computer room. Otherwise,
during the cleaning process, secondary damage will be caused to the equipment in the computer room and incomprehensible
losses.
